National Young Leadership Cabinet

With more than 4,000 alumni, the National Young Leadership Cabinet is the premiere leadership program throughout the Jewish Federations of North America. Today, more than 300 young adults from over 40 communities are active participants. Cabinet members cultivate their skills at annual retreats, national conferences and missions. They get access to scholars and thinkers from around the world, and travel with their peers to Israel and other destinations. Admission to Cabinet requires a nomination from your local community as well as an application and interview. The process is highly competitive and requires a minimum annual gift of $5000.
